Submit a petition to the CCCB to adopt and amend specific provisions of the 2012 ICC Codes

The Construction Codes Coordinating Board (CCCB) is currently reviewing the International Code Council 2012 model construction codes (2012 ICC Codes) for adoption by the District of Columbia in 2013.

Any person or group may submit a petition to the CCCB to adopt and amend specific provisions of the 2012 ICC Codes by submitting, in writing, on the following form: http://tinyurl.com/72x8ep2

All petitions or requests for information can be submitted by email to cccb.mail@dc.gov or can be mailed to:
