The Instructional Superintendents, along with Cluster Office personnel, are charged with helping principals and other school leaders do their jobs more effectively.

Instructional Superintendents are assigned clusters of schools. In these schools, they:

  • Ensure that all school leaders are given the opportunity to lead effectively
  • Model effective instructional leadership
  • Provide support as needed
