Mayor Williams delivers remarks at a musical celebration to announce plans for the proposed National Music Center and Museum in downtown Washington, DC. Mayor Williams was joined by Quincy Jones and Nancy Sinatra, the eldest daughter of the late entertainer Frank Sinatra. Selected personal items of artists who nurtured America's musical roots were on display to demonstrate the diversity of America's music and the broad collaborative nature of what will be a world class facility.
