Mayor Williams joins Baltimore Mayor Martin O'Malley, Councilmember Jim Graham and others in shipping school supplies from the District's Wilson Building to Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. The effort is part of the "We are The Future" partnership that links Baltimore, Maryland, Freetown, Sierra Leone, Washington, DC and Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.
