On Monday, Mayor Williams announced his support for a separate DC Department of the Environment and then got behind the wheel of an electric hybrid vehicle to demonstrate his commitment to cleaner air. Mayor Williams also planted a willow oak in front of the John A. Wilson Building on Pennsylvania Avenue.
