On March 7, Mayor Anthony Williams visited Thomson Elementary School along with King Harald V and Queen Sonja of Norway (at right and left of Mayor, respectively). The Norwegian royals toured the school as part of their role in the Embassy Adoption Program cosponsored by DC Public Schools (DCPS) and the Washington Performing Arts Society. Also pictured is DCPS Superintendent Dr. Clifford Janey.
