Mayor Anthony Williams visited Hurricane Katrina evacuees at the DC Armory to announce free tickets to attend Washington Nationals games across the parking lot at RFK stadium. US Senator Sam Brownback and Councilmember Marion Barry were also present and toured the facilities.
