Mayor Williams delivers remarks during the renaming ceremony of Watts Branch Park to Marvin Gaye Park. In January 2006, the DC Council passed a resolution set forth by Mayor Williams to rename the park. Marvin Gaye was a native Washingtonian and grew up across the street from the park in Lincoln Heights Dwellings.
