Mayor Anthony Williams delivered remarks at the National Woman's Heart Day Health Fair. The Mayor was joined by the District's First Lady and health fair co-chair Diane Simmons Williams. Each year, Sister to Sister sponsors National Woman's Heart Day. The health fair offers free heart disease screening, fitness tips and exhibits. More than a third of the more than 10,000 women screened at the annual health fair discovered they were at risk for heart disease.
