Mayor Williams, Councilmembers Jack Evans, Marion Barry, Vincent Gray, Carol Schwartz, Chairman Linda Cropp and Mrs. John A. Wilson unveil a portrait of the late John A. Wilson. The portrait painted by artist Semmie Knox will remain on display in the John A. Wilson Building, named in Wilson's honor. John A. Wilson served as councilmember for Ward 2 and as DC Council chairman.
